Wendelbo’s commitment to ethical business conduct is embedded across our operations. Through independent audits aligned with the amfori BSCI Code of Conduct, we ensure our governance framework supports transparency, accountability, and international labour standards.
Our Vietnam-based facility operates with clear policies for social compliance, worker representation, and health and safety. Payroll systems are well-structured, contracts are formalised, and workers are hired directly and paid above the minimum wage. These efforts reflect our dedication to responsible business practices and long-term partnerships based on trust and respect.

Responsible forest management
In 2025, we obtained FSC® certification for our production facilities - an important first step that ensures we are fully equipped to handle FSC-certified wood in our designs. This milestone underlines our commitment to supporting well-managed forests, safeguarding biodiversity, and contributing to a more responsible global supply chain.
