Safe working conditions

At Wendelbo, we believe that caring for our community starts with the people who bring our designs to life. We are committed to fostering a workplace culture built on respect, safety, and fairness. As part of our dedication to social responsibility, our production site in Vietnam is regularly audited under the internationally recognised amfori BSCI framework.

 

These audits help ensure that working conditions are safe, wages meet or exceed legal requirements, and workers' rights are upheld. Our facility supports a registered trade union, offers collective bargaining, and provides employee benefits such as housing, meal, and diligence allowances - initiatives that help create a stable and supportive working environment.
